Oh how we love a cool, crisp mixed drink during the summer, especially one that doesn’t wreak havoc on our diets. And looky there, something for everyone – gin, vodka, tequila, rum, even coconut water!

1. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach Spritz

Calories: 125 Ingredients: • 1.5 oz. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach • 1 oz. cranberry juice (100%) • 2.5 oz. club soda • Squeeze of lime Directions: Build drink in a Collins glass. Garnish with lime.

2. Brasilia Blueberry Mojito

blueberry drink 3 Calories: 90 per serving (serving size: 2) Ingredients: • 1 bottle Bai5 Brasilia Blueberry (all natural antioxidant infusion) • 12 sprigs fresh mint leaves • 2 limes • 3 oz. white rum Directions: Squeeze both limes over the mint sprigs and muddle in a cocktail shaker. Add the ice, rum and Brasillia Blueberry. Stir, and then pour into cold highball glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.

Vigorously shake over ice.Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and basil leave.

Topo Chico (Mineral Water) • 2 Fresh Jalapeño Slices Directions: In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, juice of lime and lemon wedges. Shake to combine.
