Even though much has changed over the years with the ruling on same sex marriage, coming out as being gay or bisexual can still be quite frightening due to all the criticism from people, friends, and family who don’t support the LGBT community. But imagine being a celebrity and disclosing your sexual orientation to the world and not really knowing how your fans will react, that has to be even more difficult. Ellen Page has won over 25 awards and has been nominated for best actress for her role in Juno. She is seen as one of the best up and coming actresses in Hollywood. She came out in 2014 saying that she was tired of hiding her sexuality. She discussed this difficult decision to come out on the Ellen Show.
2. Sarah Paulson
Sarah Paulson has appeared in romantic comedies, such as What Women Want and Down With Love. She has also been on Broadway and, more recently, in the series American Horror Story. She dated actress Cherry Jones, but they broke up in 2009. Paulson says she is open to relationships with women and men.
3. Kristian Nairn
Kristian is most recognized as Hodor on Game of Thrones, but he is also a DJ. He was born in Northern Ireland and stands at 6’11”. In 2014, he stated that he is gay, but that he considers his sexuality to be a small part of who he is as a whole.
