How Hollywood’s Teens Do Prom

Ah, prom. The dresses! The flowers! The . . . celebrities?! See how Amelia Gray Hamlin, Kylie Jenner, and more A-list teens brought their red carpet style to the high school dance.

Teresa and Joe Giudice‘s oldest daughter attended her first prom of the season in a V-neck embellished gown from New Jersey’s popular dress shop, Cocos Chateau Gowns. “prom round one💙 ,” the 18-year-old captioned her pic on Instagram.

While some girls prefer high heels; Amelie is a fan of comfy kicks. The youngest daughter of Lis Rinna and Harry Hamlin followed up last year’s look by sporting a pair of Converse with her cherry-red prom dress. Her date, Mercer Wiederhorn, knows a little about the famous life, having appeared in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as well.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s second daughter wasn’t tardy for her party – her romantic photoshoot was practically the main event. The high school senior’s high-low lace dress was by Sherri Hill. Zolciak-Biermann wrote on a photo of Ariana from last year “THANK YOU @sherrihill for always making the most fabulous prom dresses! Year after Year! You have kept my girls looking flawless always!”

The 16-year-old daughter of Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos posed with her date in a pastel purple Alice + Olivia satin evening gown. “Prom night 2018 ,” proud mom Ripa captioned the shot on Instagram.

Before heading off to college, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas’ 17-year-old son is headed off to prom! But first, before the partying could begin, he made sure to pose for a  quick selfie with his movie-star parents.

The 19-year-old accompanied his girlfriend Odessa Adlon to prom this year. The famously aloof social media couple Tweeted this photo. Along with the post was the caption, “We Went to Prom, This Picture Describes The Experience.” Smith wore a fashion forward suit, chain-link necklace and black sneakers (yep!) while Adlon chose a black fringe sequin crop top gown, paired with a classic pink corsage.

Keeping with the traditional “guy puts hands on girl’s waist” pose, the 17-year-old Dance Moms star is ready for prom in her high-fashion look, which consisted of a Brandon Maxwell cutout halter gown, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and Elizabeth Cole jewelry.

Amelia finally had her big night a year after her older sister, Delilah Belle, attended her prom. Mom Lisa Rinna shared this photo of her in a plunging black gown posing with a group of her hip friends

Teresa’s little girl is all grown up! Before going out, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star posed with her oldest daughter who wore a beautiful pink gown – with a corsage to match, of course.

Skipping the overdone prom dress, the Black-ish star decided to go against the norm and wear a two-tone green Emanuel Ungaro tiered midi dress and Nicholas Kirkwood heels. “What a beautiful day it has been” she captioned on Instagram. Of course, a part of that could have something to do with her famous date . . .

“Ah!!! I went to prom with @yarashahidi!!! And @kateandlauramulleavy let me wear this @rodarte dress!!” If her Instagram post is any indication, we’d say Rowan was just a tad excited to attend the even alongside her friend.

Best chaperone of all time? I think so! The famous rapper attended his cousins’ prom in Memphis. For the special occasion, Drake went all out, springing for a white Rolls Royce to drive them and hosting an afterparty at the Hard Rock Café for Jalaah and 400 friends. Understandably, her Instagram caption said, “Best Day Everrr.” Also, we can’t get over her and her date’s matching sequin looks!

The 18-year-old looked every inch the It-model-to-be in her unique Bec & Bridge dress while her boyfriend Aidan Reilly was equally spiffy in his classic suit.

Opting for homeschool and a cosmetics empire, Kylie, 19, never had her own prom. That changed when she and then-BFF Jordyn Woods crashed fan Albert Ochoa’s junior prom in Sacramento, California – wearing a mauve silk gown and Yeezy heels, no less.

Mom Kimora Lee Simmons made her eldest daughter’s junior prom dress, and now Ming (whose dad is Russell Simmons) is returning the favor: She’s teaming up with her mom and Harvard-bound little sis Aoki to help relaunch the Baby Phat line.

Already a fashion darling and the face of Channel eyewear, it is no wonder that the daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis went super glam for the big night. Her pal Harley Quinn Smith, daughter of director Kevin Smith, looked equally as great!

Two proms are better than one: The Modern Family star hit the prom in 2015 and 2016, opting for form-fitting black lace gowns for both occasions.

Cindy Crawford’s 16-year-old model son got “all prom’d up” in an all-black suit, but not before a quick sock swap.

Ugh, they grow up so fast! The little girl we all fell in love with in Knocked Up is now a high school senior. She attended her prom with her date and friends, wearing a romantic satin-and-lace dress with a classic corsage (nice touch, Maude’s date).

Putting a fun twist on tradition, the daughter of the late Michael Jackson skipped out on a dress in favor of a classic suit, which she paired with her bright turquoise hair. The teen wrote on her Instagram, “Only true friends dye their hair to match their gal’s prom gown.”

Since she couldn’t attend her prom, Elle flew her date out for the red carpet in Cannes. Wearing a Zuhair Murad Couture dress and Tiffany & Co. jewels, Elle’s prom is the stuff of dreams.

When the Hunger Games actress needed a date for her prom, she called none other than Jaden Smith. The two both showed up in dresses, to which Smith recently told GQ Style, “I don’t see man clothes and woman clothes, I just see scared people and comfortable people.”

The daughter of Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora went chic and classic for her 2015 prom, wearing a white gown with a glittery bodice and Old Hollywood waves.

The model and daughter of Christie Brinkley joined her date in the traditional prom-photo pose, captioning her Instagram “this is crazy and cliché high school I love it.”

The up-and-coming model has access to every designer imaginable – after all, she is the younger sister of Kate Moss – but Lottie chose a simple $60 Missguided maxidress for her School Leaver’s Ball (a.k.a. the British version of prom).
